I want to THANK YOU for the best facial I've ever - ever had.  You were so thorough, I wasn't expecting that.  It was as good or better than a body massage -- I'm not kidding!  My skin looked SOOO GOOD until evening when I washed.  I can't wait until my next appointment.  As soon as i got in my car I called someone to tell her about you.  I'll be sending my mom to see you soon.

I have been telling my friends to treat themselves to a facial. Not just any facial, but one of yours Ms Elle. What an experience! I've never felt so relaxed, nor has my face felt better. I can't thank you enough.
